Blue Iris is a semi-transparent blue made with Silver but less striking than Silver Iris. When worked slowly on a oxidizing flame you can get this color to have a mirror-like finish which you can see in the pictures shown where the glass is worked, the circle and melted glob. The rods appear light blue and transparent before you work them.
